Now those previous issues have been rounded up and remorselessly shot, there's an issue with lightbox on my site.
Whenever I activate it - either the long way or via any of the many plugins - something odd happens:
Lightbox, the animations, etc, all work perfectly fine. However, the shelves refuse to open.
I wonder if there are some lines of code contradicting each other? Possibly the plugin is trying to lighbox the .gifs used in the shelves? What on earth's going on?
I'm using: http://www.4mj.it/lightbox-js-v20-wordpress

Yeah, the shelves didn't open for me. I'm using Camino 1.5. Wish I could lend assistance, but I'm no pro. It works fine without the lightbox plugin enabled? If so maybe try putting all the lightbox code into the theme yourself. See if that works. I use Slimbox, which is just a clone of Lightbox using mootools. You could give that a try maybe. Wish I could help out more CK though I'm sure there's someone around here that could. Some pretty sharp folks hang out here.

@ Griffin :: Aye, this place definitely has some good programmers lurking about. I'll just give Slimbox a quick whirl and see what happens, thanks. As for putting the code in myself the same seemed to happen regardless.
@ Phil Bowell :: What browser were you using?!
EDIT :: No joy with Slimstat - nothing changes when I use it, so evidently I did it wrong. :-/
