Help in setting up a Wordpress blog.

I'm new to 9rules but have heard very good things about the technical expertise of the members in the community. I'm hoping that I can find someone that is experienced with Wordpress.
I have a project.
1. We need our blog to be updated to the latest version of Wordpress.
2. We have a custom theme that has been designed. Most of the design is coded into the HTML for the blog however it is not complete. We need you to finish it.
3. We need you to Install a number of plug ins to the blog.
I don't see this project as a very large one that will take up too much time. Also, I need this done at a reasonable price. Please contact me if interested. Thanks.

The update of wordpress is the easiest thing you are asking: just download the latest version (WP 2.2) and you'll find a tuto there on how to install the update.
For step 2 I don't know what to say...
For step 3, there are some plugins that had to be installed (like Akimset spam killer) and some others are optional it depend on what you want to do/have in your blog.

Thanks for the info Hedimac. Upgrading is not a problem...I already have that completed. It's the design that needs to be applied...that what is slowing us down. A HTML coder started it and then delivered an unfinished product. I'm looking for someone who can take what we already have completed and see it through to the finish.
As far as the plugins, we know what we want and installing them isnt an issue. We would also like to add the widget capability to consume and display a few RSS feeds.
So...from all of this (which should have been completed weeks ago) ... I'm looking for someone who is an expert and can pump this out in a day or two at a reasonable price.
