I think most people who use Coda have a big huge gaping crush on it. It doesn't do it all though, but it gets close to your list.

Coda has from your list:

- code highlight
- markup validation
- code automatic indentation (well, as much as most editors, its not supremely auto though)

As well as:

I forgot to mention that 'local file manager', AND project manager would be a great deal!

The other gig your looking for I use CSS Edit for (along with live css editing, and "click-element-snap to css" type features)

CSS Edit can do:

- css panel TOC

The only thing from this mix would be the collapsing.

The features these two give me you don't mention are:

1. Previews of the code while editing (in both!)
2. Click preview to snap to code
3. FTP Integration
4. Command Line integration
5. Reference Books built into the software
6. well... a whole slew of other stuff I can't rightly think of right now

I totally just unfollowed someone because of a "bomb" but I can't decide if its because they bombed me, or it was all just kinda BS, had to know references, and generally didn't matter. Come to think of it though, not much on twitter does generally.

Man, firebug owns me, but I still "browse" in Safari. Looking forward to seeing the firebug-esque tool for safari though.
